A big part of our services is for people who’ve had orthopedic surgery. Our physical therapists work closely with area surgeons to ensure that the correct treatments are delivered after your surgery.
We have worked with many surgeons to develop “protocols” for the main surgeries they do. A protocol is a timeline for progressing you through your post-operative rehabilitation program.
Here is a list of the main types of post-operative rehabilitation services we help with:
- Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
- Carpal tunnel release
- Rotator cuff repair
- Spine surgery
- Tennis elbow release
- Total joint replacement
We invite you to view the highly illustrated patient guides (over 160 topics) that are available on our website. Visit the section called “Patient Resources.” There you’ll find a library on the left, broken down by body regions. Click on the region most applicable to your needs. Then view the various topics that are available.
For each section, you can also click on the heading called “Recent News Relating to . . ." at the top right hand corner of the page. There you’ll get all the latest research—in easy-read-format. It’s today’s research from the top orthopedic journals boiled down in a way that allows you to get the gist of what’s been researched. |
