*********** Hey Team, I want to make you aware that we’ve been busy making major changes and updates to the AlpinePTmissoula.com site. Thanks to each of you who contributed to the various pages we’ve been working on. I especially want to shout out a big THANKS to Leah for all the text she supplied on the varied portions of the new Sports Performance section, along with her input on helping to restructure items on the site. Way to rock it, Leah! Thanks. As you’ll now see on the site, we’re all updated with the new info on our new downtown location, and we’ve got new segments with various new pages and links as follows: Sports Performance Spine Clinic Pain Clinic Over the month of January, I’ll be working on a complete redo of the entire site using all the new content we’ve finalized. The new look and feel will be smooth, sleek, and streamlined . . . mainly because we’ll be using drop down boxes for the various major segments, such as . . . Alpine Physical Therapy is involved in many local sports, but this time of year we give extra support to all the outdoor winter enthusiasts pursuing skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling in the backcountry. We are proud to be a sponsor of the MissoulaAvalanche.Org website and WCMAF.
The West Central Montana Avalanche Foundation (WCMAF) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting public education regarding avalanche safety; providing information to the general public regarding weather and snow conditions that contribute to avalanche danger; and promote avalanche safety and awareness in West Central Montana. The WCMAF supports the West Central Montana Avalanche Center (WCMAC) of the Lolo National Forest, which provides a weekly advisory during the winter months. The WCMAF, MissoulaAvalanche.Org and Alpine Physical Therapy share similar goals for the greater Missoula area snow enthusiasts: Education, Safety, Prevention, and Access while going after the pow on a big dump day! So make sure you support and use MissoulaAvalanche.Org before you go out form your next winter adventure! And check out AlpinePTMissoula.com for a FREE INJURY CONSULT (10 minutes;l call to schedule) if your body needs a tune up before the next big storm! 12/19/2012 0 Comments Alpine Christmas Party Kicked in High Gear with Mechanical Bull - by Brent DodgeEvery year, Alpine’s Christmas party gets bigger, better, and crazier. This year we had two special guests. First, owner Brent Dodge showed up wearing a Christmas tree, complete with a glowing star on top. Some people were stumped that the tree was marked with “AL” on the front; others figured out that the tree was, of course, a pine . . . an “Al” Pine! And then at 9 PM, after plenty of food, drink, white elephants, and Karaoke, our second special guest arrived. His initials? Mr. MB! That’s right Mr. Mechanical Bull. Heavy on the Mister! Who’d a thought that Mr. MB could inspire so many of our team to get on their spurs, and take him for a spin. But they did. The rest was Alpine history. Check out these folks in all their rodeo glory! (Though most of the glory was short-lived, ending in near-whiplash and a thud, every time!) Ride Him, Bonnie! Brace Get's Er done! Sam Spurs Him!
Nail guns we’re going off like an arcade, marking the beginning of our tenant improvement within the new Peak Health & Wellness facility on 150 E. Spruce St. in Downtown Missoula. Don’t blink. The finishing touches will occur at lightning speed. We’re confident of this, as Brian Walker and his crew know how to git ‘er done. They built our 4,300 square foot commercial building on Stockyard Road (Alpine North) in just over 3 months back in ’10!
