Alpine AfterNine (postpartum care)

During this postpartum period, we put the focus back on the mother. Let us take care of you so you can take care of them. Our postnatal program is designed to guide you through the early stages of motherhood, from birth recovery to chasing toddlers. We focus on a holistic recovery including: pelvic floor rehabilitation, treatment of diastasis recti, return to sexual activity, cesarean recovery, pain management, and treatment other birth related conditions. This postpartum period can last for years, so even if have not recently given birth, we can address many of these same impairments and work towards proper endurance, muscle tone, and posture.

Our physical therapists are inspired to provide excellence in the treatment of the pelvic floor. They have attained specialized training through additional education and clinical practice to help them address these issues.
