For Cash Pay Clients
Alpine Physical Therapy is in compliance with the No Surprises Act and will provide all cash pay clients with a Good Faith Estimate for Physical Therapy Services. This good faith estimate of expected charges will:
- be available in a written document that is clear, understandable; and
- will be orally provided when the service is scheduled or when the patient asks about costs; and
- available in accessible formats, and in the language(s) spoken by the patient.
Insurance Information
Alpine PT is a preferred provider with most insurances and will work with your insurance to ensure a smooth interaction and timely and proper payment. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you have questions regarding insurance benefits, pre-authorization, payment, or your bill, please contact the Patient Care Coordinator at the clinic where you are or will be receiving physical therapy.
