Orthopedic physical therapy

Our orthopedic specialists at Alpine Physical Therapy are trained to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, incorporating the latest in treatment approaches to guide you back to an active, healthy lifestyle. We believe that successfully treating musculoskeletal conditions includes not just treating the site of pain or injury but getting to the source of why symptoms started. Our therapists complete a full evaluation at your first visit and continually reassess throughout the rehab process, creating a personalized program targeting your condition, abilities, and goals.

At Alpine, you will have access to latest treatment options including manual therapy techniques, blood flow restriction training, instrument assisted soft tissue work, functional dry needling, taping/bracing strategies, force plate analysis, as well as access to the Peak Health and Wellness Center.

Our team includes therapists who are Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialists as well as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

Orthopedic PT at Alpine includes treatment for:

• Pain or functional limitations at the foot/ankle, knee, hip, wrist, elbow, shoulder, low/mid/upper back, neck, TMJ, etc.
• Pre-operative conditioning to prepare for upcoming surgery
• Post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic surgical procedures such as: total knee replacement, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, etc.
• Other conditions we often treat: sciatica, neurogenic pain from the back and/or neck, labral tears of the hip and shoulder, fractures, arthritis, bursitis, patellofemoral knee pain, IT-Band syndrome, sprains, muscle strains, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, etc.
